how it works
My name is Raphael Costa, and I am a private sushi chef who comes to your home or venue to prepare and serve fresh, high-quality sushi for you and your guests.
I bring all the necessary equipment, including plates, sauces, chopsticks, and serving dishes.
At your location, I only need access to a kitchen with a stove, oven, sink, and paper towels.
I arrive approximately 2 hours before the scheduled serving time to prepare everything with care and attention to detail.
⚠️ Important: This is not a buffet or all-you-can-eat service. Sushi is freshly prepared and served in a personalized style.
Reservation Policy
To secure your date, a $200 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking.
This amount will be deducted from your total balance after the event.
Pricing
• $60 per person
• Minimum of 10 guests per event
• If fewer than 10 guests, a minimum charge of $600 will apply.
Children Pricing
• Ages 0–4: $20 per child
• Ages 5–10: $40 per child
• Ages 11+: charged as adults ($60)
